Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist - Leasing/Marketing Dept.

Location: Plymouth, MN (100% onsite to start, hybrid potential after 1 month)
Pay Range: $21-$24 per hour (higher pay available for experience or bilingual fluency in Spanish, Hindi, or Chinese)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-hire (after 720 hours)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a confident and motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our Leasing & Marketing Dept. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for closing deals over the phone. You'll be setting appointments, securing lease agreements for clients of the firm, and helping to drive revenue through clear and engaging communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High volume of outbound calls/emails to prospective partners to coordinate opportunities for collaboration and engagement

  • Draft and process standard agreements and documentation related to new partnerships

  • Build rapport with clients and maintain positive working relationships through professional and efficient interactions

  • Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems to ensure up-to-date account information

  • Support operational efficiency by keeping workspace and digital tools organized

  • Monitor internal updates related to project timelines, pricing structures, and campaign milestones

  • Proactively seek out training resources and learning opportunities to stay informed and grow within the role

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
